I stumbled upon this while looking to replace an old Sephora color switch tin that I’ve lived by for years. Sephora doesn’t even carry these anymore?! So I was pleasantly surprised to find this. It’s a perfect replacement and anyone who uses eyeshadow needs one of these in their makeup kit.

I’ve been using this for many years now and love it for cleaning my makeup brushes. Super easy to use and clean afterwards.

I cannot tell you how much I love this thing!My sister in law came over for Christmas and showed this to me. I said to her, with an eyebrow raised in disgust "it's just a can with a sponge.... what's so great about it?" She went on to plead her case on how it was different and it just pulls the makeup off the brushes. I was still skeptical, but decided to order one and see for myself. I just started doing product reviews on Amazon and thought it would be a good thing to review.When it arrived a few days later, I tried it out with my eyeshadow. She wasn't kidding! This thing is AMAZING!!! It cleans the eyeshadow off of it and makes your brush ready for the next color. I don't know how I have done my makeup until now. I compared it to a wash cloth (what I usually use to change the makeup color), and hands down the Color Switch works 50 times better.It's such a great product that I have been telling EVERYONE about it. My Mom, my Sister, and my best friend have all purchased one thanks to me.

This works, I really can’t go without one of these! To be completely honest, I’ve used ones that were way cheaper, they worked just as good but one thing I’ve noticed, the sponge in this product doesn’t get all torn up as quickly. Not at all so far actually… I’ve been using this for a couple of months… put the cap on lightly though when traveling or if you keep it on the bottom of the container while using it because it took everything I had to get it back off both times! Other than that great!

Works great and was bigger than I thought it would be. Very nice.

This is a must have for cleaning make up brushes in between products for your daily routine without having to get your brushes wet/use cleanser. Just swirl them around this little sponge and move onto the next product. Love it!

I totally recommend this. It gets like 95% of the color off the brush if you decide to use the same brush for different colors. It's reusable as well, which is very convenient and means I don't have to keep replacing the pad. :) All you have to do is pop it out and use the other side! It's also very easy to clean. I clean this out when I'm cleaning my brushes and leave them to dry overnight. I use this daily as well.If you're looking for a good quality color switch product, this is definitely it.

I can't rave enough about this product. I've had it for a couple months now, and I've used it with mostly eyeshadow, but all sorts of colors. It's removed them all pretty much instantly! I will say that the only problem with this is that it will probably make people forget that even though it's taking off the pigment, it's not removing bacteria and such, so you should probably still wash your brushes once or twice a month.And yes. I know that it's just a stippling brush in a little can. So if you want to DIY it, I'm sure you could. I find this a lot more convenient than trying to spend an afternoon coming up with a copy of this. Part of its use is the can: the stippling part doesn't move around (well, it rotates a little) because it's contained in the can. So I just have it sitting in a corner of my makeup box, and I can just brush my brushes towards the inside corner, and it doesn't move. Alternatively, you could put some hot glue or silicone on the top face of the lid, so when you put the lid on the bottom (like the picture) and had it on your countertop, it wouldn't slide, either.Anyways, love this product! Also works with bigger brushes. I'm wishing I'd bought the duo, though, because it's supposed to work with creme make up.

Easily cleans my brushes between applications. I’ve gone from black to white shadows and it’s cleaned the brush head off easily.

This works great. You could probably diy but I’m happy with my purchase.
