The sofa LOOKS awesome. It is not comfortable. The cushions are weak and you end up in between them. I'm sad because I love the look so much, and it wasn't super inexpensive. I expected more from "serta" as a brand.

My husband and I were in desperate need of a new couch. We have a smaller living space, and we both loved the look of this couch when we found it. I ordered it and it came two days later. We were so thrilled with how easy it was to assemble and how comfy the cushions are compared to our previous couch. When we sat on the couch, it felt like the seats were leaning in to the middle. We swapped the cushions around thinking maybe the cushions needed to be in a specific spot.We've had the couch fully assembled and using it for two weeks now and there is a very clear effect or lack of support in the center of the couch. Whenever we sit on the seats side by side, we're involuntarily leaning into each other because of the way the seat is sagging. I really wanted to love this couch, and maybe we got unlucky with one that has some issues. But I'm severely let down by this purchase.

We’ve owned this couch for about 3 years now and I can be totally honest when I say, pass- no, RUN from this purchase.To be fair, here are the pros and cons:Pros:- Size is really ideal for a smaller space. It’s perfect for condo or apartment living.- The material is looks nice, the fabric hides dirt well. It washes up easily.- It looks nice (at least from a distance).Cons:- SUPER cheap construction. The fabric frays on the seams, cushions are lumpy and become misshapen so easily. When seated where two cushions meet, you’ll leave a cavernous space as soon as you stand up. I constantly have to fluff and move them around. Additionally, the cushions migrate forward so the back pillows are always falling behind them. There are sharp ends of the metal sticking up from the base of the couch.The legs on the ottoman have broken 3 times. I’ve had to nail them back on myself.The overall comfort level is about a 3 out of 10.For what we paid, I expected so much better. Especially from a fairly reputable mattress brand. They should stick with what they know.Sadly, this has turned me off from buying anything Serta makes in the future.

When this sofa first arrived (summer 2021), I was fairly happy with it. The sofa looked just like the picture, assembly was easy, and it was as comfy as I could've expected for the price. However, a little over a year with daily use (lounging, watching tv, naps, etc), this sofa does not hold up!! There are indentions between the cushions and the sofa itself is not comfortable for long periods of lounging. Fabric has also became worn-out visibly. For an office or someplace where you won't have daily use, I think this sofa could be perfect.

The fabric is high quality, the couch was super easy and quick to assemble and the reversible chaise is a wonderful feature. It is FIRM, and not everyone likes that, so take note.For those considering this purchase, please BE WARNED, though, that shipping is 3x longer than what is noted (the ad says 5-7 days with PRIME), there is NO white glove service and you will have to figure out how to get it into your apartment/house by yourself. I would have never ordered it had I known these things, as I live a in a second floor apartment with no help of getting it inside. Thank goodness the driver was willing to help me get the big piece up the stairs.

Easy to assemble with two people in a small space. Decently comfortable but not very sturdy. I don't plop down on this couch for fear of breaking it. When on it though it is pleasantly comfortable. The long perpendicular end uses a different, firmer cushion that the two other seat cushions. Not a bad thing just worth noting. The two seat cushions are rather soft and seem like they'll change shape soonest. Fine price but the real value here is how it is tailored for small spaces. Package arrived on a pallet which is still sitting on my front porch. Idk what to do with it. Placed the couch in the corner of my very small living room and it really fills the area nice while being a comfortable place to sit/lounge. Small tear in the fabric upon arrival. Wish it could be a little taller of a couch but won't count against it since the measurements were accurate so that's not a fault, just a preference. Perfect Netflix and chill couch.

the main criticism i have is the cushions has spring or a spring-like function and isn't the softest thing I've ever sat on. the other issue is that on the scheduled delivery date, amazon just didn't show up and a few days later i was sent an email to reschedule. i took off from work to make the appointment and is WRONG that i was not contacted at any point and had no way to contact anyone to figure out what was going on. i have no way to make that issue known and has happened on another larger amazon delivery, so keep in mind whatever delivery date you are given is probably fake. moving on, the cushion is fine, fits my space well, and was really easy to put together. i used amazon service to bring in the couch upstairs, and that was done with no issues. i looked around at similar couches, this one was several hundred dollars less than the others and was available in a reasonable amount of time.

Product was delivered in one large box, but super easy to assemble. It's firm, but comfortable. The fabric is nice, and the color is really pretty.I've had it for 3 weeks, and it seems like it will last a few years, but I'm pretty sure the back cushions will need continous care/fluffing. I'm 5'7" and the sofa depth isn't perfect for me, but it's still comfortable even if it's sort of small.
