I couldn’t be happier with the Ravinte Cabinet Door & Drawer Hardware Installation Template Kit! As someone who’s pretty handy but far from a professional, this kit made the process of installing cabinet knobs and pulls incredibly easy and precise. The templates are sturdy, well-marked, and super easy to line up. It took the guesswork out of placement, which gave me the confidence to drill without worrying about making mistakes. The included drill bit was sharp and high-quality, and it worked perfectly with both wood and MDF cabinet doors. What I really appreciate is the versatility—whether you’re installing knobs on doors or longer pulls on drawers, this kit has you covered. The product arrived well packed in a sturdy box that protected everything during shipping. The template itself is exceptionally easy to use on both cabinets and drawers. Setup is straightforward: find and mark your center measurement, place the template, and drill. Pro tip: cover the area with masking tape first, then mark your center line on the tape. This helps protect painted surfaces. Placing the template on the tape also prevents scuffing or marring while drilling. We used the 5-inch size, and the length was spot on—it matched the hardware perfectly with absolutely zero fitment issues. The included drill bit was very sharp and featured a pilot point, which made drilling clean and accurate. The only minor issue was that the drill bit appeared to be slightly bent. It still worked, but it’s worth noting. Overall, the kit is fairly priced compared to similar alternatives. We paired it with Ravinte hardware, which we’ve used before with excellent results. In our experience, this brand offers quality that rivals (or exceeds) products from big box hardware stores at a fraction of the cost. Great template overall—lightweight plastic, but more than sufficient for accurate marking and installation.

This is a must-have for installing handles and knobs. It is so affordable. I installed new handles on all cabinets and drawers in my home that had none previously. This insured they were all even and perfectly measured/matched.

The cabinet measurement tool kind of does too low for my taste so I had to use a combination of both tools to do it higher. As you can see we had silver hardware before redoing our cabinets, which I filled in the holes and redrilled because they were not accurate and also 2.75 inches and that was super hard to find hardware for. I would buy this tool again though and recommend it to anyone. Made it simple for me!

Easy to use and good price, works good, light weight

If I didn’t have this Ravinte Cabinet Handle Template Tool, there’s no way I could have pulled off installing all my cabinet and drawer pulls on my own. It would have been impossible as a first-timer. I had never done anything like this before, and this tool made the entire process simple and stress-free. I had looked at other, more expensive installation tools, but they seemed overly complicated and intimidating. When I saw that Ravinte, the same company that made the beautiful cabinet and drawer pulls I purchased, also offered this mounting guide, I jumped on it. I knew it would be designed to work well with their hardware, and I was right. The tool was accurate, easy to use, and saved me a lot of time and frustration. Every hole lined up perfectly, and the final result looks professional. Ravinte really thought about their customers with this one. It’s affordable, practical, and incredibly helpful. If you’re upgrading your cabinet hardware, this tool is a must. It makes the job so much easier.

Worked well. Pretty sturdy. Thought with plastic it may not be the case but if you take care they should last. My gripe is that the door template is not made for all handles. And I didn't pay attention enough to notice this. You can see on the photos that the round handles align with the bottom edge of the cabinet when they should be an inch or more above it. That was a bit annoying. My fault. My excuse is I was tired but that doesn't count. There's a really good video online of a gentleman with a white kitchen/cabinets using this set in a smarter way than I did. Use the drawer template for the doors. He does that and it's much better. Unless you have the square handles. That would be my advice. Either way plan this carefully. Otherwise really helpful was fast to get 29 drawers and cabinets done. I measured them all, first, then determined their center and wrote that down. Painter's tape on the drawer to mark the centers. Marked the holes with a fine sharpie. And, drilled away. The screws were all good. From the bag of screws you receive and the pairs that come with each handle only two screws failed. The ones in the bag that you can break off snapped to size easily but not so easily that it would be a stability issues. Just easily enough to break them with pliers. Someone else noted that the drill bit is poor. And I didn't want to believe that. But it is. Do yourself a favor and if you don't have one get a set from a brand name for $20 bucks or so and go to town. It's just really dull. Takes forever to drill the holes. The bit also splintered the wood. Normally I check for the needle tip and drill from the other side. This was not great. You can also mark holes on both sides and drill from both sides of course if you want to be really neat. The last thing I found is that it is helpful to mark the holes on the template you ARE using to have a clear visual of which you will use to mark the doors and drawers. Little white duct tape or something. Great set. Few shortcomings. I'd recommend it.

Très facile d’utilisation avec de nombreux gabarits de perçage . J’ai utilisé l’entracte de 128mm pour mes poignées de meuble de dressing. Tout est nickel , la pose est propre et d’équerre !
