I am very impressed by how great this laptop looks cosmetically it looks like new! I'm updating the software in the pic everything is working flawlessly and I appreciate the charger that came with! MacBook worth more than the price
The quality is above the price it arrived on time. It was in great condition. I’m loving my MacBook and would order an another one.

This is a disaster , Not as described,
I have had the worst experience, before purchasing, I did not realize that I bought from this company previously in 2020 and received a damaged MacBook. So, I purchased two Excellent condition MacBook Air in January 2025 for my kids that are homeschooled. One was space gray it was in perfect condition, the problem was the computed kept freezing whenever we used it no matter the program, it could be a simple google search. Second computer in silver was suppose to be in excellent condition, can with tons of scratches and dents on the computer.. I have had the hardest time returning these two computers. The space gray Mac air - I was able to drop off at and Amazon return center, in which I was told I would receive a return once I returned it. That was not true I am still awaiting my return and my amazon app is showing that the item has not been recieved although I have returned it and have a verification email as proof. The second computer in silver can only be returned by UPS pick-up and the item was never picked up and it shows in the Amazon app that the item was picked up days ago and that is absolutely not true. I still have the item in my possession. There are no other return options other than UPS pick-up which is a big inconvenience for me and my children who is missing school because of this.

Good OLDER Laptop
It was good quality and functional, but just know that it will NOT update to the most recent software version. If you have used Mac before, you can access older versions of the apps in your purchase history and download those, but nothing new from the App Store will work on it.

Keyboard fully tested with no missed or double keys. Thermals and noise normal during real-world use (browsing and 1080p video). Model verified as MacBook Air 2019 (MacBookAir8,2) Cosmetic scratches (more than anticipated) No dents, apple emblem has some mysterious gunk, but functional.
