This is a disaster , Not as described,
I have had the worst experience, before purchasing, I did not realize that I bought from this company previously in 2020 and received a damaged MacBook. So, I purchased two Excellent condition MacBook Air in January 2025 for my kids that are homeschooled. One was space gray it was in perfect condition, the problem was the computed kept freezing whenever we used it no matter the program, it could be a simple google search. Second computer in silver was suppose to be in excellent condition, can with tons of scratches and dents on the computer.. I have had the hardest time returning these two computers. The space gray Mac air - I was able to drop off at and Amazon return center, in which I was told I would receive a return once I returned it. That was not true I am still awaiting my return and my amazon app is showing that the item has not been recieved although I have returned it and have a verification email as proof. The second computer in silver can only be returned by UPS pick-up and the item was never picked up and it shows in the Amazon app that the item was picked up days ago and that is absolutely not true. I still have the item in my possession. There are no other return options other than UPS pick-up which is a big inconvenience for me and my children who is missing school because of this.

MacBook Girly for Life!!!!
Giving 4 stars because I ordered my MacBook to be in excellent condition. When it came it had a few dings and scratches on the outside. It looked to be in maybe fair condition at best! The screen and keyboard appears to be in excellent condition and works great! It holds a charge well and the quality of it is good! Overall I’m happy with it! If you want an expensive laptop for a fraction of the cost, I highly recommend!

Good OLDER Laptop
It was good quality and functional, but just know that it will NOT update to the most recent software version. If you have used Mac before, you can access older versions of the apps in your purchase history and download those, but nothing new from the App Store will work on it.

Decent purchase, but not as described
I have bought plenty of refurbished phones , and typically when they say they're in "excellent" condition they arrive looking brand new. This laptop has scratches on the screen and casing. I would say it's in "good" condition. It also doesnt hold charge like a new laptop. Full charge lasts only about two hours. That said, it was only $300 and works fairly quickly. For a cheap laptop, it was worth the price.
