Well at first i thought there wasn't enough height add. But after putting them on it did increase my height to an even 6'0'' which is what i was going for. To actually get a full 4.5 height increase though you would need to buy two pairs as it only comes with two heel pads and 4 wedges, however even in my combat boots with that much added to it my foot can't stay inside. Two wedges is perfect height. Considering before i got this i was balling up socks to create lifts, this is way comfortable! lolI would say though, it is a bit small would have rather had a men's size than a unisex (will know next time), a bit narrow and was only half as long as my shoe.

My son wanted these badly , so I caved and bought them..and unless you are just wearing for a picture or a brief meeting, they are not practical.. they don't fit well in the shoe , they are extremely uncomfortable causing pain..and they make you walk like a duck lol .. hazardous

They definitely do their job - and do it well I might add!I had to trim off a significant amount of rubber in order for them fit into my shoes, but luckily there are guidelines on the rubber insoles to help you in this process! These took a little getting used to, but you quickly find your balance and are able to walk normally. They are surprisingly comfortable to wear!

Practically impossible to cram all parts of insole into any of my shoes so I settle. Otherwise effective

I'm not really sure why they would sell the 11cm at all. Bought these for a cosplay, finding shoes to fit even 2 is difficult, 3 is most likely impossible. Forget any shoes that don't have a high back like high-tops or boots, your heel will just slip right out. I've been using just one level in my regular shoes and they work fine though. So basically it's a good product but I wouldn't recommend ordering more than the 5cm.

Great for flat feet and heel elevation when climbing tough terrain or hiking in the woods!!

Okay, if you put these in a pair of boots that are big enough, they'll raise your heels up about four inches, so they do what they say they'll do. The trouble is, they fail to take into account that if you're wearing boots big enough to accommodate 4 inches of heel rise, the boots will also accommodate some lift farther forward on the foot, and you could get the four inches of height much more comfortably. On top of all that, the wedge portions are poorly designed so that each wedge pushes the back end of the insole portion forward approximately 1/8", leaving a massive gap under your heel with all the wedges in place and causing blisters at the slightest provocation.

Quality product the moment I opened it. It's worth the price and I'm using it everyday. I'd surely recommend it to everyone!
