I bought a version with no caffeine, this looks to be the same one. It was good - not flavorful, so I thought it would not work, but sure enough, I felt less hungry and had a clean feeling drinking this tea (two times a day). If you're a slimming tea enthusiast, I'll share what a Chinese Herbalist told me to do drink (and I do, every day) - Kuding Tea Nettle. It's bitter, but it has a nice detoxifying effect.
