The unit came well packaged with an abundance of custom foam protection. It is a large screen but with a very slight tilt, the center of the screen is at eye level. The unit comes preloaded with Windows 10 Home. I would have preferred Windows 10 Pro but at this point in time, I see no reason to update. The resolution on the screen is wonderful. Viewing movies on 4K settings, the action is smooth as silk without a single moment of hesitation. Gaming wise, it runs the new Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 at 92% of all settings at max. at around 30 to 40 fps. with the SSD drive, powering up the computer takes around 15 seconds to complete. Surfing the web is very quick with page downloads taking no more than a second or two. I have not done any benchmarking on this system. I did research prior to purchasing for all that information and my unit seems to run as it has been tested by third-party groups. The sound is very good but if you are looking for a lot of bass, I recommend adding a subwoofer. The middles and highs are covered nicely with the unit's speakers. At this point, I have no negatives to share. The graphics card installed does a nice job, as indicated by the Flight Sim program. I would say, this unit could handle nearly all the latest games on the market with little or no tweaking. I have added third party software to monitor the component temperatures because that seemed to be the only negative I have read about from other users. It does seem to run warm when under stress but not so hot to be concerned with. It is important to keep the area around the bottom of the unit free of debris because the unit draws air from the base up through the computer and out the top. You don't want to block any of that lower area. I am extremely happy with this system and expect it to last me for quite a few years.

I purchased this AIO PC because I am a full time student working on my PhD and wanted to replace my 8 year old computer. I was initially hesitant as I've never spent this much on a computer, however I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. This computer is fast, reliable, and looks amazing. The sound system is awesome, and the picture quality is outstanding. I would highly recommend this AIO to anyone looking for a great computer.

This piece of equipment showed up on time. HOWEVER within 1 week was not working. The FAN was LOUD and would not allow the system to be used. I was told the system would OVERHEAT and break if continued to be used. AND the FAN could not be replaced in the field. I had to return in less than 2 week upon arrival. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very disappointing for a $2700+ piece of technology.

The 32 inch screen is beautiful. I rarely stream TV on my computer, but the screen on this PC is so large and sharp I have been doing it a lot lately. Also, the Bang & Olufsen speaker system is absolutely amazing for a computer. Deep bass and crisp highs make listening to music a joy.However, after those 2 features I found the computer less impressive. I’ve worked on both PCs and Macs over the last 30 years, and I personally find the Mac OS a little more user friendly. Windows 10 can be “moody”Having said that, the boot-up speed on the HP Envy is great, and I also like how effortlessly the Adobe CC works on this computer. I’m also a big fan of the HP 32 pop-up camera, but I wish the microphone sound was better.Overall, I think I prefer my 27in iMac over this PC, but this is certainly a top notch computer. I have no regrets purchasing the HP Envy 32.

Updating my review, I like the design of the PC and I love the sound from the speakers, it's amazing. Everything is working at its peak incredibly. Except for my RTX 2060 graphics card. I think that updating my operating system recently caused some bad effects.

This is a great all in one computer. The large screen looks outstanding. The sound is excellent. Set up was easy. I use it for gaming. The SSD drive is fast.

The keyboard started acting up. Spent an hour on the phone with HP tech service. They said they would send me one and then said it wasn't available. Told me to get support from Amazon. My only other complaint is that monitor stand should allow the screen to be lowered. Its in a fixed position. The speaker on the bottom takes up too much space. Wish I had bought a regular unit with separate speakers.

Incredible specs and powerful while still sleek in the all-in-one design. The screen and video quality is breathtaking, makes using a computers easier in every aspect.
