Does exactly what other shakers do, but with a much larger capacity for athletes who drink more water than the average person. I prefer to use this as a shaker for water over for protein shakes since I rarely have to refill the shaker since it is so large.

I got this cup for my boyfriend to use at the gym. He loves it. It doesn’t leak which is the most important!My only complaint.. doesn’t fit in the cup holder..
