Bought this after my air compressor died. Really good air output.

Very quite compared to my old air pump. Works well on our hydroponic garden.

The resistance from the water pressure makes this pump quite loud. It comes with a diffuser, which does not cause the noise as much as the airs stones, but it's difficult to hold down without getting into my deep pond to place a rock to hold it down. I did get a diverter and attach two airs tones to relieve some of the pressure, and which helped some with the noise. Aside from that, the pump is great and puts out a huge amount of air. I think I could easily attach a third airs tone and still have plenty of air coming from each of them. My koi love to swim through the two fountains of bubbles coming up.

quieter than the cheap pump it replaced. bought as a return/used item. thick rubber on bottom absorbs vibrations. worth the difference in price. great product.

I recomend this EG Danner 40524 Supreme Hydroponic Air Pump, it is so powerful, maintain my nutrients in the water tank in constant movement! I recommend this product.

Received ten minutes ago installed and has no pressure at all my ten gallon whisper pump puts this thing to shame .
