Bold Heart by Cardiosmile, Dietary Supplement Made with 2000 mg Cholesterol Lowering Plant Sterols, Clinically Tested to Lower Cholesterol (30 Water-Based Stick Packs), 1 per Day

I started using this after my last test results came back and it showed that my bad cholesterol was elevated (144) for the first time ever. I did some research and I thought I'd give this product a try. I just got my latest test results back and my bad cholesterol number went down 45 points, while my good cholesterol number stayed in the good range. I just ordered another box. I'm a believer.

My doctor had noted my high LDL and wanted to put me on statins. Instead, I took Wiley's Finest Bold Heart product for 3 months. It is easy to take every morning and really has not taste. I continued to eat healthy and exercise. In the 3 months, my LDL dropped by 33% and my HDL stayed constant. My doctor was very impressed and said he no longer recommended any medications. Thanks Wiley's Finest for a fantastic product.

I have not started to use this product yet. However I am very pleased --70% of the phytosterols are beta sitosterol which is the most widelystudied phytosterol. Also, the drugs are provided in a solution rather thantablets/capsules.

I believe this does aid in lowering cholesterol. After mixing these in with my morning coffee for about 5 months, my level dropped 39 points (I have lost some weight and am staying away from dairy, too). Very happy with this product and will continue using.

I wanted to like these. I don’t swallow pills so finding a liquid plant sterol supplement was exciting. When I opened my first one, the milky white fluid leaked out of both ends. What ended up in my mouth did not have a strong taste but was very unpleasant. I can’t imagine adding these to a drink or food. Two other options are sterol gummies and Benecol chews, both of which have wonderful tastes. There is no reason that this product can’t have a better taste. The intent is good and plant sterols WORK but there’s no reason it has to taste like this. It was like glue in my mouth. If you can get past this, I’m sure your cholesterol will be lowered. I’ll stick to my other two supplements.

I use one serving per day in my morning coffee. In three months my LDL went from 161 to 145, which is about 10%. Surprisingly my triglycerides, which ranged from 131-191 over the last 5 years, dropped to 90. Will have to see if this holds true after future tests, but for now I plan to continue using this supplement as the results are promising.I don't notice much flavor due to using it in coffee. My one complaint is the packaging - I have to use scissors on about 1/3 tubes because the perforations don't allow them to be opened correctly. Another suggestion would be to offer in a bottle rather than single serve packaging.

It's like drinking pine nuts. A little package that packs a big punch against high cholesterol. Its a no brainer. Been using daily for 4 months now and cholesterol levels are improving.

I bought this product as I have high cholesterol and want to avoid statins. I always tend to look for natural products and came across this item. The fact that it is made by Wiley's Finest was a big factor in my purchase as I already take their liquid fish oil and find it has helped me tremendously. I trust their products and have found their customer service to be ready and willing to help if needed. This product has no drawbacks so far. It is convenient and does not alter the taste of any beverage I use it in. This sort of product will take time to see actual results in bloodwork but evidence in research has been promising with plant sterols.
