Pearl D2500BR Drum Throne with Backrest

My old back has been really playing up for the last six months or so and to compound the problem,I have never been busier with my band than I am at the moment. I decided to buy this throne to help solve the problem of my lower back ache.It is simply fantastic. What I love about it is that it only has 3 legs. The previous Pearl throne I had from way back had four legs and was just too bulky. This one feels right. The throne itself is very easy to assemble/disassemble and isn't too heavy either. Its as sturdy as any throne you will find on the market today, Pearl make great drum products, it goes without saying!Amazon came up trumps with the price and shipping too. I love buying gear from these guys. Try this throne,it is the best out there today!

It's sturdy and comfortable but squeaks loudly which makes it terrible for recording :(

This is a must for any drummer practicing for hours and especially if one is prone to lower back pain. This throne distributes all the stress points on the back and upper legs resulting in longer practices with reduced fatigue and elimination of back pain which was becoming a problem for me using a standard throne. The backrest allows for better balance and leverage when using both feet. It is very comfortable and there is an infinite number of adjustments you can make to position yourself as comfortably as you want. I'm willing to spend the extra $ for a healthy back.

Best heavy duty throne I ever used! I am 6'6" and weigh 385. Holds my weight and is very comfortable. Back rest is awesome to keep great posture for the long hours of practice and for gigging. Disassembly is a snap!! Highly recommend!!

This is a great throne. Very easy to break down as the backrest comes off the seat assembly.Its a bit lighter than the four leg model but more comfortable I think. Its also very sturdy and handles my 115 kilo weight no problem.

Sorry for the pun, but this chair is king. The Throne is sturdy, comfortable, and easy to adjust just how I like it. It's probably a little heavy for packing up and moving to gigs all the time, but for home use, it's wonderful.Mind you this is just my humble opinion.

I have been having low back problems because of to much drumming and this throne totally works,very adjustable and resistant,the seat is very comfortable and soft,thank you Pearl and thank you Amazon.........Groove!!!
