Arrived in 2 days as promised. Well packaged. This works perfectly for hanging up the dyson hairdryer. It has a nice brushed nickel finish which was important to me. It was easy to install using the included hardware. It has double sided tape on the back, but I didn’t want to trust that with an expensive hair dryer. Yes I would recommend this to a friend.

So I have a tiny little bathroom with practically no wall space and a very crowded cabinet under the sink. I did buy this super expensive hair dryer - not sure I really needed this thing but I have it now in any case. What to do with it? I found this wall mount thing and decided to give it a try. I really didn’t want to fool around with drilling and screwing so the adhesive seemed like my only other option. I’ve read other reviews that said the adhesion was useless - fell down in a few days. That’s not surprising because this wall mount is heavy and so is the Dyson hair dryer. So… I decided to use the adhesion patches of course - but I added a boatload of Gorilla Super Glue on the back and stuck the whole thing on the side of my vanity. I had to hold it in place for several minutes while the Gorilla Super Glue bonded to the vanity. But let me ya - that thing ain’t budging off that vanity wall. It’s there forever. I don’t think I could remove it if I wanted to. I’ll have to leave it when I sell this place. Lol. Also I didn’t bother hanging up the plug hook - I just wrap the cord and the dryer around the mount and it works fine, looks fine, is off the floor and out of the way (if not out of sight). I do recommend this but only if you use Gorilla Super Glue. I can’t comment on any other hanging strategy.

When I first adhered it to the wall, I thought it would stick well. HOWEVER, AFTER ONLY SIX WEEKS, MY HAIR DRYER WAS ON THE FLOOR. THE HOLDER FELL AND PEELED OFF A LITTLE OF THE PAINT ON THE WALL. Note: I followed directions exactly.I was hesitant to use an adhesive holder, but I’m renting, so I didn’t want to put holes in the wall. It still damaged the wall! And, it’s not the wall that’s the problem, because all of the paint did not come off. See pictures.Now, I can’t even return it because the window for returning closed.

Did the job. I'm a little apprehensive to see what de-installation looks like but in the meantime, I have an excellent hair dryer hook :)

Love organized/tidy spaces? Nothing like a hella long dyson cord all over a counter to screw that up. Love this little wall mount. Sturdy material. Looks classy. Protects the world's priciest (though awesome) drier. Cheaper than other options and requires less space. Tips-1. Don't over-anxiously hang the mount, then place that heavy dyson dryer on it-- unless you don't like the paint on your wall. Even then, it held up for a day or two. Just follow instructions (unlike me) k?2. Hang it high- why is the cord that long? oh well, i love dyson. Also, just know the surge protector on the cord may hit the wall if you are an overly vigorous drier.3. The cord piece of the mount, I hung right below--less than ideal. Hang it to the side.

Really like how it was packaged and the quality of the mount was very good. I was surprised when I received it and it functions very well. Let’s just hope the sticker holds for a while or at least show sign of coming off before just dropping off the wall.

Needed a way to keep my blow dryer out of the way and this is perfect. I hated taking it out and putting it back into the cabinet so this fits my needs. I used screws to hold it. My diffuser does fit on the end and it will still holds, though I usually don’t keep my diffuser on it. If you’re just looking for a way to hold your blow dryer out if the way, this is it!!

Did what it said it would do!HOWEVER, the product description says it can be drilled in or pasted on the wall. It CANNOT be drilled into the wall, as this product doesn't come with the two holes on the back plate nor the screws for the product. So if you are planning to screw in your wall mounted hair dryer holder, beware!
