My favorite part about SLEEPY is that I can roll it on with no skin irritation. The scent lingers for an hour or so and does help me drift off into dreamland. If I wake up restless, I just grab the bottle from my nightstand and put on a bit more. In a little while, I'm no longer counting sheep.Traditional essential oils may be a touch more potent, but require a diffuser, diluting them yourself, or some other delivery method. The roller model is a good one and it works well. This is a premium blend that synergistic with none of the scents overpowering each other. We ordered and received the Sleepy MONQ Essential Oil Blend roll on. The scent is interesting. I like bergamot, which is very powerful in this blend, but I don't know that it makes me feel sleepy. It actually reminds me of a caffeinated earl grey tea that I purchase. There also must be other scents in here as I detect some lemongrass. This roll on is advertised as containing a carrier oil so it is safe to apply directly to skin. Interesting, I'm not sure what the carrier oil is as I don't see it listed anywhere. The roll on itself is nice. The bottle is attractive and the oil absorbs pretty quickly. Overall it's a nice scent, just not sure about the sleepy part- I think that is subjective.

We have a couple of kids, both of which occasionally have issues with sleep (ADHD). We have sound machines, blackout curtains, you name it. My daughter has responded well to essential oils before, so I thought this would be something she could keep by her bed and use in her own way. I've been reluctant to give her an oil diffuser, as she would likely knock it over. This? If she knocks it over, who cares?This does have a nice scent to it. In my opinion, the bergamot and lavender dominate, which isn't a bad thing. I love the roll on mechanism, as it makes application so very easy. And if she leaves the cap off (which is likely from time to time), it won't be as big a deal.

The carrier oil is jojoba.There is lavender in this blend, which is common for sleep scents. The bergamot and chamomile took over for me and made this smell like tea, which I prefer to lavender. I found that the scent lasted a little over half an hour.

I love the aroma of this roll-on and will continue to use it for the beautiful scent. Unfortunately, as much as I love the smell, it doesn't seem to calm my mind or make me sleepy.It would be a beautiful blend to try in a diffuser because it is such a lovely combination and would be a great "air freshener" or "mood setter" scent.I'd still highly recommend it for others to try because its wonderful when you can use something this mild to get to sleep.

I’m really enjoying the relaxing benefits of this Monq essential oil blend. I love the roll on, it’s easy to apply to my wrists and temple when I’m going to bed. I keep this Sleepy blend on my bedside nightstand and I use it every night before bed. This does help to calm my mind and help me relax so I can fall asleep. I’m very pleased with this essential oil blend, it’s working well for me.
