I read reviews for hours and they absolutely sway my decisions. I’m guilty of not returning the favor of giving other people the benefit of an honest review. This thermos is amazing! I wanted to make infused water to drink, spent hours looking at reviews of clear pretty containers with strainers. All of them said the same thing, the containers won’t keep the beverage cold. I’d rather have it cold than look pretty, besides, having versatility of having a container keep hot and cold is even better. I love tea (except green tea), so I liked the idea of brewing my loose leaf in the thermos. I had narrowed my choice down to two, the other had a beautiful lotus on it and had pretty colors so I surprised myself when I ultimately chose the black one with only a few reviews. (I guess there are more colors now with the smaller sizes but they don’t have the same cap AND I searched for and wanted the larger size). This was $5 less expensive than the other brand I was considering and I L♥️VE my choice!!! It is actually very pretty (even without the flower I’d wanted) and I smiled happily when I pulled it from the box. The satin feel is almost luxurious. Strange word to use but it’s true. Even the cap that you drink from has a pleasant feel to it. I am the pickiest person about having any plastic near my mouth but this actually has a nice feel and I don’t think about plastic at all. This is TALL and easy to hold and easy to grab onto with the built in handle. What spurred me to write the review is that I made tea in this immediately after receiving and this kept it so hot that I couldn’t drink it for hours! So I decided last night that I would put what was left of my tea in the refrigerator and drink my tea iced the next day. I was all geared up for a swig of iced cold tea this morning and my tea was tepid! This thermos fought against my refrigerator and didn’t let it chill which to me is amazing! If it keeps things hot/warm for so long I’m excited to try something chilled! Part of why I don’t write reviews is that I write on and on. Obviously. Drives me crazy when someone writes a review, then says they haven’t tried it yet so I apologize that I haven’t tried the cold part yet. If I didn’t write this review right this moment, I’d never do it. I’m not sure that I will use the basket for infused water as it really isn’t that big to hold chunks of lemons, oranges and limes although you could cut small. Berries etc would fit nicely but I’ll probably load the water it self with the bigger chunks and use the basket as a strainer and to hold smaller pieces. Also, while I loved that my tea could soak in the basket and it would infuse flavor as I tipped to drink, I am totally a tea snob and have figured out that I like my tea brewed then the leaves removed. Oh, and I’m clumsy, I tipped this thing upside down multiple times, how, I don’t know, but it didn’t leak! If you’ve waded through all of my rambling, my verdict is that I L♥️VE THIS THERMOS! A line in reviews that catches my attention is... if you are on the fence, BUY THIS! I didn’t get anything for this review (how do people do that anyway?) but hopefully I did help you with your decision.

This hold liquids hot for a long time. I didn't get a chance to check it with cold beverages. The flip top is very weak and flimsy. I only had it in my possession for 5 weeks and the flip top broke off. They really need to work on the flip top design. This is why I can only give it 1 star.

I bought it because of its large size 25oz. It stays hot maybe 4-5hours. The steeper infuser is small and the bottle is tall so you have to fill it up with water all the way for it to reach the small steeper. Top lid is flimsy and it leaks. Overall Not a good buy for regular tea drinker.

I was thrilled when I got my travel mug. The perfect size for work, the gym and travel. It's tall, sleek and has the perfect feel and look. It's light weight and has a silky smooth feel unlike any travel mug I have ever used before. My drink stays hot or cold for hours all day long no matter what I am doing. It was my perfect gift to my self. I am going to treat others to this perfect mug for Christmas!

I don’t think Amazon is the place currently for the best tea steeper’s/Tumbler. Teavana made a cup that is 18 oz with rubber mouth area and a pop top center that opens and closes with push. U can drink from any entry point because the entire top piece is the lip and it’s rubber.It LEAKS. It stays hot maybe 4 hours. The steeper is small and the bottle is tall so you have to fill it up with water all the way for it to reach the small steeper. Not a good buy. I would return but I’m lazy so I’ll make it work since I don’t drink a ton of tea.

I rent cars often and this product fits in all the cup holders including rear seat holder built into the door - that is a tough holder to fit. But this product is tall and thin - works great. And it holds alot too - I drink alot of tea! I rarely use the built in infuser. But it does work - I just usually make a thing of tea at home and take it to go after it has already steeped.

I love this product! It keeps my teas hot for hours. When I say hot, I mean like you just poured yourself a cup of tea hot. I forgot my tea at home & 5 hours later I went to take a drink & I had to leave the cap off so it could cool down enough to drink. I hate when I get a travel mug that cools off in a short period of time, but this is definitely not one of those. Highly recommend!

I love this bottle. It keeps my tea hot for many hours. It was just as shown in photos and functions really well. It holds about 2.5 cups of tea so lasts me for a while.
