This is second weighted heating pad by sunbeam I’ve purchased. The weighted part feels lovely with the heat. It does not crunch and make noise like some heating pads do. This is the perfect size. If you need to move it from room to room. It’s also perfect to cuddle with on a cold day. The heating is very uniform. I do have some health issues. This comes in handy. The connection of the heating pad itself and the wire hook up stay connected. Would love to see it in a neutral color, such as brown or taupe. Thank you sunbeam!

This weighted heating pad has been perfect for my TMJ disorder. The heat is great, it’s a good size and the material is soft.

I needed a heating pad for my shoulder but I didn’t want a big one. I stumbled across this and the size was perfect. Months later i wound up using it on my knee. It’s weighted but it’s not heavy. Reminds me of a weighted blanket. And the material is very soft. But if you are looking for a super hot heating pad this is not it. I wanted it to be hotter but over time and using it I noticed the area I was using it on was getting relief. I have family who think the hotter it is the more relief you get. That is not true. Over all I love it.

First let me say that I absolutely love this heating pad. The weight and size are perfect. I have a condition that causes pain in my abdomen pretty much constantly. This pad was my salvation ever since I got it back in August 2021. Unfortunately it just stopped working this month, February 2022. It’s only 5 months but honestly I used this probably 10 to 12 hours a day, every day. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. But really good heating pad for smaller area and just the right amount of heat for me. It doesn’t get super hot. I have it on high all the time so if you want something really really hot this isn’t for you. Update- April 2024 - I have purchased 2 more of these heating pads since my review. I love them! They are perfect for me. I had already purchased 3 before my first review. That said, another one of my older ones stopped working. I purchased that one in 2021. I use one constantly. So I contacted Sunbeam. I’ve purchased 6 now and 3 stopped working. Not the pad itself but the cords so I can swap out the pads while I’m washing others. Sunbeam was very nice at first. Then with what I can only imagine is an attempt to discourage getting a free replacement, they made so many requests for information that it worked. I gave up. First they wanted an explanation, then another explanation, then they wanted these minuscule codes that are on the actual plugs. The part that goes in the outlet. For all my cords. Then they wanted photos. Apparently they can tell something is broken on the inside by looking at it. Then finally they asked me to ship them the broken ones. Why didn’t they just ask that in the beginning? I’m disabled so I told them it was difficult for me to get to a post office or UPS store. No go. They still wanted them shipped. So I sent them another email telling them how disappointed I was but I had to give up. That was the end of it. And I’m a sucker so I bought 2 more and lost 1. So just a warning. They are great heating pads. If you don’t use it as much as I do, it may last forever. But if it doesn’t, don’t expect much help with getting it replaced.

So far this is the best weighted heating pad. I suffer from IBS and IC. I use this pad every day. We even got another one for my daughter during pms. It helps.

I am a fan of this particular brand, but this heating pad was disappointing. I thought with the weighted aspect it would be more functional. Unfortunately, it never heated up enough to be even a low heating pad and did not end up keeping it. Also, the footprint was smaller than other heating pads so it wasn't functional for me. It did have auto shut off, which was good, but most heating pads nowadays have that as well cord length was appropriate. The material it was made up was nice and soft though!

This heating pad is outstanding! I never knew I could get such quick pain relief. It just arrived and I plugged it in and put it on my sore knee and the pain is better already. I don’t know if it’s the weight or the fact that it wraps itself around the joint so well, but I am delighted with the purchase and just wanted to say so!

Great heating pad, comfortable and flexible and stays hot. I've only used it a handful of times but it's been perfect. Some reviews say that the plug falls out easily but they must have fixed that issue because it's not loose at all.

It does not generate enough heat and is therefore of not much use. Waste of money.
