You’d think all magnesium supplements are the same, right? This Super Magnesium has been a game-changer for me, especially when it comes to keeping my heart in check. As someone with Afib, finding the right balance is critical, and for some reason, this formula works like a charm. It’s highly absorbable, and I’ve noticed a tangible difference in how well it helps control my heart rhythm.

Helps keep things moving
This is the only magnesium I’ve tried that helps me poop (lol) if I haven’t gone in a few days, I’ll take 3 of these and it’s a light laxative. Be careful because too high a dose daily will make your poop too loose. I love it because it has helped me stay regular!
