These look like silk and are they ? My feeling is this is a silk feel scarf … with that said it is delicate large and very pretty for the money! Remember those scarves from flea markets that said cashmere made in England. Nobody is giving you a silk scarf for 15 bucks… but it is very beautiful just enjoy it.
