I am using this product for a detox program and have been unable to tolerate many of the binders recommended by my doctor. I just started taking, but so far this seems to be a good product. It is stronger that other okra supplements, so I can take fewer capsules and get better results. I also like that it is the pure okra powder, without a lot of added ingredients. Not sure why the magnesium stearate is added, but so far I am not having a problem with it.
