The book was short a sweet. There was a few things that were common sense "stay calm, eat light so you don't get sick, study hard..." but there were some pretty great teasers and suggestions to help study. I purchased the Kim Heldman book to review and also started developing flashcards. Additionally, the study guide plan and knowledge area discussion cheat sheets were great!Thanks!

The book was very good. It's short and easy to read, clearly laid out and well formatted. It offers various strategies, tips, tricks, and templates. It's the only thing you need to read to pad your PMP. This guide will help you set your plan, check your work, and take action. Definitely worth the read... again and again and again. Now I can focus on just studying.

The philosophical parts of this book I could do without and were not as valuable as the Knowledge Area and Note summaries. I would say it is worth the price I paid and would definitely recommend it as a supplement to the PMBOK. It does a great job funneling down the important areas of the PMP exam and provides focus on the topics and information required to pass.

I liked that it provided condensed information for first time PMP exam takers. More lucrative to me were the links to questions and exam simulation.

In the beginning Chapters of this guide, I felt like I wasnt getting anything I didnt already know. Because I’m not a chapter skipper, I just needed to have patience. It all came together at the end and now I’m more confident and not as nervous about taking my PMP exam. This booklet was helpful

Overrated

This puts all the important info into tables and then goes on about the theorists associated with them. I never did find the 23 dirty tips.

I was struggling for several years. Bought lot many books, having same contents. This book is unique. It does not repeat what's in pmbok but guide you how to prepare, what to prepare and where to apply and when to apply. Phenomenal.Thank you Asif for writing this book and helping people like me.

Nice book for tips to prepare the PMP exam to complement knowledge and set up a study plan.

Based on the 5th edition of the PMBOK. The author mentions in the Acknowledgement chapter that if you buy this book a free upgrade to version 6 will be available. Emailed the author one month ago but not received a single reaction!

Bummed I spent money on this book. not what I expected.. and some of the links in the book don't work
