Won't even turn my phone! Sucks don't waste your money

I bought this pan and tilt in order to build a crawl space rover for home inspections. At first i thought it was going to be to big, however it turned out to fit my application on one of the crawler tanks. It is adjustable for how fast the pan and tilt moves, which is really nice. The remote works 35-40 ft without extending the antennae. I have not tried it further than that just yet. I am hopeful it will transmit over 60 ft. It rotates very smooth thru out its range on the tilt function. The pan function has a hard stop at 355 degrees in both directions, which is not an issue for my use. Overall i think this is a really great value for the $$$.

2nd use garbage. Amazon made a fortune on ripoffs like this.

It can't handle the wait of some cameras

The best pan tilt head for the money by far. Very sturdy and easy to use. Will hold cameras as well as phones.

The product works as expected for panning. However, it will not support the weight of my Samsung S23 phone when attempting to tilt it. Motor is too weak.

The products overall presentation was great, and the motor was quiet and operated very smooth. However, when I attached my DSLR, it wasn’t strong enough to move forward and backwards. From left to right, it was adequate. If you purchase this for a GoPro, action camera, or a cell phone, its great, just not strong enough for a DSLR.

This is my second one. Can’t get it to workSame as the first one. It never worked. I sent it back and this is the second one. It doesn’t work either
