Tastes nice and cooks well for shallow fry.

I have been using this on salads, for dipping bread and for cooking, and it has now become the olive oil I reach for every day. It has a lovely fresh flavour, with a smooth taste and a noticeable peppery finish without being too strong. I particularly like it drizzled over tomatoes or with bread, where you can really taste the oil, but it is mild enough to use for cooking as well. For a quality extra virgin olive oil I think it is great value. It is one I will definitely be keeping in the kitchen.

Excellent product, rich and healthy! Especially with coming in a tin as tins are great for extra virgin olive oil because they completely block out light and oxygen, which are the main causes of spoilage. They also protect the oil during shipping and keep it fresh much longer than clear glass or plastic.

It's not a bad olive oil but it's nothing to blow your mind off, unless your usual oil is Bertolli or some similar trash. If you are used to quality oil then this is just average and kind of overpriced as well. It has some aroma, lightly spicy and minimal bitterness. It's not what I would call bread dipping oil but works fine on veggies or salad.

Compared to supermarket olive oils this is on another level, an actual pleasure to use and taste. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

Wer kratzige oder stark bittere Noten bei Olivenöl meidet, ist hier genau richtig – Bitterkeit ist praktisch nicht vorhanden. - Vielseitig einsetzbar: Wir nutzen es universell. Sowohl kalt im Salat und als Basis für selbstgemachtes Knoblauchöl als auch warm beim Kochen und Backen überzeugt es voll. - Gleichbleibende Qualität: Über verschiedene Lieferungen und Chargen hinweg war die Qualität bisher absolut konstant und frisch. Wichtiger Praxistipp zur Lagerung Damit die Qualität über die gesamte 5-Liter-Menge erhalten bleibt, sollte man bei der Aufteilung aufpassen: - Füllt das Öl für den täglichen Gebrauch am besten in dunkle Glasflaschen um. - Den restlichen Kanister unbedingt an einem kühlen, lichtgeschützten Ort lagern (z. B. Vorratskammer oder Keller). Zu viel Licht und Wärme lassen das Aroma sonst spürbar leiden. Fazit Hervorragendes griechisches Natives Olivenöl Extra für den Alltags- und Genießergebrauch. Excellent olive oil and taste great

Cette huile d'olive, propose toutes les qualités que l'on recherche : pressé à froid, une récolte récente, riche en polyphénols, dans un contenant opaque pour ne pas que la lumière oxyde l'huile et perde en qualités. Elle est très parfumée et vraiment excellente en bouche, que ce soit pour la consommer directement (à la cuillère à soupe comme je le fais), en salade, ou autre. Vendu en bidon de 5L, le format est vraiment très économique si l'on ramène le prix au litre par rapport à ce que l'on peut trouver en grande surface (d'une qualité moindre).
