One of the classic Balsamic Vinegars....
I bought this vinegar in Italy, brought it home and kept it for special occasions. It is both acidic and sweet. We enjoy it over vanilla ice cream as well as the more classic salad dressing. Also, drizzeled over tomatoes makes a special meal. Enjoy! Now, I am ordering Manicardi through Amazon...amazing.
