WORKS well with my 2011 C300 Mercedes Benz with my I phone X MAX

Surprisingly good and easy
It installed and synced easily with my 2011 E63. It solved my lack of Bluetooth and links up each time I start the car with no effort. There is a slight hiss if the iPhone volume isn’t on the high side but not a big deal. It does sometimes skip with loss of connection momentarily but it’s usually seamless. I am so glad I have this as it takes away the need to plug in each time I drive and that’s all that matters.

This was supposed to be a plug and Play please read review
I have plugged it in and still does not allow my phone to use the Bluetooth feature however my car is an 08 Mercedes Ml350 and it seems to have a lot of issues. So I will not fault this product as of now.
