No good if you have pets.
The brush roller gets tangled with pet hair and can only be released by removing the bottom plate which requires a screwdriver to take out two screws. The plate is even more difficult to replace. It now makes a scraping sound on the hardwood floors. Absolute waste of money. I’m disabled and thought this would be perfect in weight but it’s a total disappointment.

If Fortunate Enough to Have the Money to Afford This, Just Buy It. It's a pleasure to Use
This vacuum is a pleasure to use. In seconds, it's out of closet, power turned on. No cord to unwrap or have to deal with while vacuuming. It is so convenient for quick vacuuming touchups. You'll find you might vacuum more because it's just so easy. The suction is good. It really is a traditional vacuum that runs on a battery, and I have always wanted one. I love that it is a bagged vacuum. I hate the bagless vacuums. They are messy when it comes to cleaning the collection bin. This vacuum is very easy to push and pull. It does a nice job on my floors and carpet. It is easy to lift up.Nothing is perfect, and neither is this vacuum. If you have a really big house with a lot of carpeting, one battery might not be able to last for the whole job before it needs recharging. (I personally can get multiple full vacuum jobs done before a required recharge since I don't have a large place.) Also, I am not a fan of the battery being so low to the ground. You have to bend all the way down to eject the battery and to insert it back in. Sure, you could lift the vacuum up onto a table or the counter when it's time to handle the battery. Also, if the battery dies, the vacuum becomes useless. One could argue that at this price, a power cord with transformer as part of the cord system could have been designed where you could plug it into the battery holder to get emergency power until a new battery can be obtained. So, I deducted one star because of the things I expressed in the paragraph above, and because it is so pricey. I do really like the vacuum, however, as long as it stays working. And again, it's a pleasure to use.

Great quality and great suction
I love having a cordless vacuum that actually has wonderful suction. I have a handheld Dyson and another brand and this is by far the best.

Expensive Machine for What it Does
First impressions are everything, right? When we first opened the box with this vacuum there was a stunning thought of "how is this SO lightweight?" It is indeed very light. We charged the battery up and were ready to be on our way to record breaking cleaning. We are left disappointed. The good. The vacuum has a really good suction power. It draws in smaller "objects" (i.e. food crumbs) with ease. It seems to pick dog hair off of the carpet and tile floor without problem. It is very, very easy to maneuver around because of it being so lightweight and the led light is PRETTY good for seeing things in darker areas. The okay. This vacuum is great in that it is cordless. However, we have not had it last 45 minutes on a single charge - not even close. The most time we have gotten out of the battery after it being fully charged is ~20-25 minutes of use.The bad. This is a very expensive vacuum that I don't think holds a candle to others in its "class". I can't see the value here at all given that it has several faults. The battery being below the 45 minute run time is one. Others include the fact that it does a terrible job with dirt on the tile floor. I can only imagine that it isn't picking up dirt off of the carpet. In addition the smell is pretty bad from it already. The filtration system is supposed to take care of the smell, but it reminds me of one of my grandparents' old vacuum cleaners that my sister and I would run around the house vacuuming and wondering "Phew, what's that smell?"Maybe I have a dud, I don't know. But I don't think I would continue to use this vacuum cleaner and would seek out other more economical options.
