This adapter works great for those of us that happen to have several 4.4 mm balanced cables on our headphones/IEMs. Allows me to run all of them balanced off my Fiio BTR5 and I notice no sound degradation at all. The only negative for some may be that the wire portion is a bit stiff. But that is not an issue for me. If you need this type of adapter, you can't go wrong with this option!

Got this adapter for some of my headphones and I was quite surprised at how well built it is, both the connectors as well as the braided cable itself are really well done, especially for the price.

Seems well built and works to convert my 2.5 balanced devices to 4.4 while remaining balanced increasing the number of available devices suitable for my Hidac which runs off of a 4.4mm input.This allows me to convert MQA Master music files to run balanced thru my HD4XX Sennheiser.

Excellent quality, perfectly suited for my Hidizs Mermaid MS4, Sony MDR-1AM2, and Sendy Aiva with my Fiio BTR5.

I received a defective one.I can’t speak against it whether it’s only mine which was defective or not.it’s cheaper for me to trash it than return it since I shipped this outside the US after receiving it at a US freight forwarding address. Fortunately, I bought a similar item from another manufacturer or seller which turned out to be better. There was a very loud noise in this particular one.

Works perfectly in my Fiio DAP and allows me to use my balanced headphones.Good purchase

Leider ist das Kabel sehr steif, und ich denke es neugt im Alltagsgebrauch zu brechen. Es gibt viele (nicht Europäische) Anbieter die das besser können. Daher leider nur ein Stern.

I believe the contact that was made between the Pentagon plug and socket weren’t good. Didn’t have to try it for too long as it was obvious to me.1 Star only for looks.
