Very, very bad quality
The product delivered is in a very bad shape and very bad quality. It doesn’t even looks like ₹500 for which we have paid 3780 very bad quality of Paint, very bad quality Finishing.

Cheap quality. To be avoided.
Very cheap/inferior quality..but what you pay is what you get. Go in for the more expensive one. This one came broken and some wood powder keeps falling.

Good quality but smaller than expected
The overall quality is good and it looks nice after setup. It feels sturdy enough for regular use, but the size is a bit smaller than I expected from the pictures. Bigger luggage bags fit a little tight. Still useful, but check dimensions properly before buying.

Absolutely despicable. We got this for the guest room thinking it'd be like the picture because of the good reviews. What we received? A bunch of wide wood planks and some screws. Extremely upset. This is a SCAM.

Good Right Out of the Box
This looks like it will be a quality luggage rack bought at a reasonable price. There is no assembly required which is nice that we didn't need to spend 30 minutes putting it together unlike others on Amazon that require assembly and frustration reading poorly written instructions. The quality of the wood and construction are good and the straps are sewn together rather than stapled to the frame. It has a nice foot rack that other luggage racks do not have. My wife liked it so much she absconded it to use in place of her current rack which will be put in the guest room. I guess that says it all...
