Been using for about 7 months and my systolic blood pressure has reduced by about 20 points-which is excellent and the reason for taking Vit K2 .It is recommended by cardiologists and I like that Linden's is the correct daily dose in one tiny tablet. The price of these is really competitive too ; 3 months supply for £14 is great. I will prob be taking these for the rest of my life so I'm really pleased to have found a product that I trust.

We take this with vitamin D and magnesium. Not sure why such tiny tablets come in such a large pack though?
