Always Discreet Boutique Underwear Black Low-Rise

I bought these for post partum use. I used them for approx 2 weeks and 2 packs were enough for me. These were primarily used in the place of underwear after my c-section rather than as a pad. I wore these and then lined them with lil-lets maternity pads and just changed out the pads every time I went to the bathroom. They're very thick and absorbent. I did find that after 1.5 weeks they were getting a little uncomfortable and I wanted to get back to normal soft cotton underwear which I was luckily able to do. I definetely recommend these for post partum bleeding though. You can comfortably go to bed and not worry about leaks.

I fell in the street last September, a slight curb was raised on the pavement, but my shoe hit the slightly raised curb and tossed me over, landing flat on my stomach, I managed to get up and over come the shock, but had no idea things were going to get worse, just a few days later, my bladder started leaking, and still does to this day, but I have managed to control it with The Incontinence Pants for Women, they have given me back my freedom to take my dog for a walk twice a day and on occasions three times a day.

I bought these for heavy period use especially at night and they are very good but I was expecting two packs as the title says 2X9ct but I only got one. They fit well. I’m a size 12-14 and they are not too large or too small, they are stretchy so are comfortable and they stay put. They feel slightly bulkier than ordinary Always discreet pads and I wouldn’t wear under close fitting trousers or leggings as I think they might be visible.

I am impressed with the quality of this product. Fantastic pants, completely invisible under the trousers! I was worried that they would be thick because of the pad and would show under my pants, but I was surprised how thin they are. I bought them to avoid leakage after cleaning my bowels for a Colonoscopy, glad I chose this brand. Please note that the panties will fit only size 10-12 UK, if you wear size 14-16, take a size up. Yes, they stretch, but they will be short in the hips, and when you sit down, they will slide down! Very soft, do not rub the skin and do not cause irritation.

After i delivered my baby i was wearing some other disposable maternity underwear but it was really uncomfortable for me. I ordered these for same day delivery and used these instead of knickers / briefs I then put in 2 maternity pads in back and front to catch postpartum blood loss, I changed the pads every few hours but was able to keep wearing the underwear for the full 24 hour day, as long as didn't leak over onto the pants, Very comfortable material, obviously the picture is misleading as it looks as though it could be mistaken for real underwear in the photo, but in real life its just a a big black pull up nappy pant, like what toddlers wear, but perfect for my needs post birth

I wear Medium size 12 these were like wearing hipster pants so very uncomfortable to wear compared to others I've worn.Absorbency fair needed to change after two hours so worked out expensive. I wanted black for under black trousers. One of those things you don't know until you try. I was very disappointed and yet the reviews seemed ok.

These are everything postpartum. They absorb the bleeding, keep you dry and clean, and don’t feel bulky and uncomfortable like pads. For a c-section they also cover the wound and give some much needed padding in front of the wound which makes it feel protected. I recommend them to all my pregnant friends.

Angenehmes Tragegefühl [weich] und gute Saugleistung. Leider weiß man beim Anziehen erst mal nicht, wo vorne und hinten ist - aber das ist für mich kein Problem. Ich lege zusätzlich jeweils eine kleine dünne Binde ein. So kann ich ein Höschen mehrere Tage tragen. Die Höschen sehen recht hübsch aus [habe schwarz gewählt] und tragen unter Rock oder Hose nicht auf. Ich würde sie bei Bedarf wieder kaufen und empfehle sie hier gerne weiter.

I bought these after seeing a lot of other recommendations for their use in the postpartum period. These were much comfier to wear than the hospital-provided diapers. I also had a postpartum haemorrhage while wearing these and they were able to catch nearly all of the blood, saving our flooring. The smell isn't the best, but I didn't find it strong enough to prevent wearing these diapers.

L'article en lui même est parfait , mais je ne comprends pas la quantité du paquet j'ai reçue mes 2 paquets Always d'une quantité de 9 culottes chacun, alors que sur Amazon il est indiqué 27 culottes , pouvez vous m'expliquer ?
