Rose Petals Women's Esther Slip-On Loafer

These shoes are just barely okay. I really just wanted a cheap pair of shoes to slip on quickly when I wanted to go outside to the garage or to the mailbox, or to run to the store. These are okay for that, but are not comfortable to wear for very long at one time. I ordered a 6.5B, and the length is fine. They seem to run a little narrow, which is fine for me because I can wear a narrower shoe, but for someone who needs a true medium width, they may be a little bit snug width-wise. The sole is fairly thin, as I really expected, and it is not that big a deal unless you plan to wear them for long periods of time. The biggest discomfort factor is in the insole beneath the ball of the foot, right behind the toes: there is a round hump right in the middle that is about 2 inches in diameter, making these shoes very uncomfortable in the beginning.I didn't want the hassle of returning them, and decided to just live with it, since I really wouldn't be wearing them that much or for very long at one time. Now, after having worn them several times in the past 2 weeks, the hump has started to compress somewhat, and the discomfort has decreased, but I don't think I will ever be able to call them comfortable. I would not order again.
