Very warm after use.
This pillow is extremely hot after use. there is not a cool side, or option.I liked that I can adjust the firmness by adding or removing the filling.I would have preferred king size, but it was not available.

Supportive
This is the first day I haven’t had horrible neck pain through out my day! This pillow is expensive! I’m sure there are dupes for it… but this is the one I’ve heard reviews for so I tried it. I like it too much to find another! It’s supportive and they give you a free refill during your first year! Recommend if you have the cash to splash!

Feather pillow side sleeper that is now too hot
I am going to do the weirdest review ever, assuming Amazon will let me. I am a lifelong feather/down pillow side sleeper that due to now being 51 can no longer stand feathers as I wind up a sweaty mess unable to sleep. So begins the search for a pillow that is cool and yet feather like. Based upon reviews I went for the COOP (this one), the Nestl, and the Everpillow. I plan to post the same review in all three places. First, the COOP has the nicest blocking shape to it with a 2 inch edging and it has an extra bag of filing. That said, It is already too much filing of you are a down sleeper. Sleeping on it it kind clumps and joins together over night making a harder foam style pillow. The pillow is adjustable so after a night of a crooked neck, I gutted the pillow and tried again. Better but not there yet. Onto pillow type #2 - The Everpillow. This one has a unique side sleeper u shaped build. It is as others said smaller in form factor but the idea was nice. Again you can remove filing but this one has no extra, apparently you can call for some from the company if you need it. I didn't. Again, it was too much anyway. Not as much as the COOP but still a bit too much. Repeat steps from before, gut pillow and try again. This pillow needs to have a second under it to properly seat your base arm but the place to lay your top arm is a nice thought. Still not there yet, onto pillow 3, the Nestl. This is the cheapest pillow. It's big selling point is cost. However upon sleeping on it 2 things stood out. The blue side IS actually cool. It's great in fact, so cool and there is also a warm side too, BUT, this pillow is way overstuffed and it was the worst in compressing into a giant foam block overnight, reminiscent of those gel foal block pillows you can buy. In the am my neck felt bent and I had a headache. Repeated the process of pillows #1 and #2 - gutted the pillow and tried again, not bad, a bit clumpy but not awful. So now I have a bunch of stuffing, super fine gel shred and floaty silk thread from COOP, an odd tan silky substance from Everpillow and clumpy larger gel shred ranging from 1/2" to 3" from Nestl. Then it hits me. Dump it in a box and mix it. What is causing the clumping and compression is the single material/size that each pillow uses. Down/feather pillows have multiple sizes and materials. Also Gel foam, even shredded, turns into a hard brick once the air is out, which happens overnight as your head lays on it. So, I gutted the rest of the pillows and mixed the whole mess up evenly then put it back into the various shells, leaving movement room to duplicate the movement of a feather pillow. This morning I had all I could do to get out of that bed. I've not been so cool and comfortable since this ridiculous sweating stuff started. FYI they are wrapped in Coolmax pillowcases which was a home-run on cool sheets. - My suggestion, If you are a side sleeper, needing to be cool or just give up feathers, buy all three and mix them. Each had their unique quality and all three filings are different but none of the three worked on their own. Together, I'm finally able to sleep without my feathers.
