Why am i getting burnt harsh flavour after 1 day?

This could be caused by a few different things. 1. Did you let the liquid soak through the coil long enough prior to using? 2. Did you run the liquid out and burn the coil out by not adding more liquid fast enough? 3. What is the pg/vg ratio in the liquid you are using? This realy performs better with higher pg liquids
