Comfy Control Dog Harness - As Seen on TV

I love this little harness. It is easy to step-in, which I prefer to putting one over the head. It is lightweight, which is great for my little Lhasa who is rather hairy and hot most of the time. My dog's weight has varied from 15-17 lbs, and it fits him a little tight at his top weight when his hair is long - but when his hair is trimmed, it fits fine. It is velcro adjustable for tightness. It seems flimsy, but it is really durable, and we have used the heck out of it. If it wears out or breaks, no problem because the price is so good we can get another. It comes with a little leash that works great too - I like that it is also light in weight compared to my other leash. I really like that the harness is mesh, and his skin can breathe. Great product - arrived timely and well packaged. Thank you! Update 2/11/2013 - works good when my dogs hair is clipped short - I've found that when his hair gets long- the harness kind of tangles up his hair and causes matting. So in winter - I am using another harness that is just a strappy kind of step in that doesn't interfere with his long hair.

Best for small to medium dogs. The harness lasts around 6 months with my 2 small dogs average 20 lbs. The dogs pull a lot! If you have a cute little nice dog that is not nuts like mine, this would last forever. Easy to put on, and my Houdini dog that gets out of everything, cannot get out of this harness. So safe for the crazed dogs. Inexpensive, great during the summer. Winter, these harnesses can be purchased a little big and will fit over sweaters and coats. Worth the money.

I have a very skinny foster dog that is missing his body and neck hair and I was looking for a harness that wasn't going to be spacious around his his body and that didn't have a lot of hard Clasps to go around him. I ordered the small (although I know the sheltie breed would prob need a med) and it fits him perfectly. I can see that the quality isn't the best, but he's old, walks slow, and he definitley does not pull, so it works perfectly for him.

Product was ordered before Christmas with an expected delivery date in mid-January. I disregarded negative reviews because .... People like to dump on products, maybe. What was I thinking? Delivery fee was more than product cost, but I thought, "Why not?" Let's give it a try. The REGISTERED MAIL [!!!] package was received mid-January. No other option for shipping. I unpacked the harness and it looked ok, except a loose thread on the end of one of the nylon straps. But, what kind of problem can that be? ... Let me tell you. Put it on my corgi and off we went a little dismayed that the velcro cinch is not effective, unlike another product we've used that looks very much like this one did. Those products were durable, so why be concerned? My corgi's first moderate tug on the leash unraveled the loose thread on one of the two nylon straps connecting the harness to the leash ... and opened both thin wire loops "securing" each harness strap to the leash ... with the clip on the end of the leash flopping to the ground followed a gentle tinkling sound as the the second of the two wire hoops hit the pavement, too! Without me uttering a word to the dog, she "froze" and looked up at me ... Well, at least that worked. Summary: Total failure of product in the first 5 minutes of use. Believe it.

The main reason I bought this was to keep from chocking my dog. He weighs about 12lbs and as most dogs just loves to run, even if he is on his leash. The harness is great, and we have had no issues with it. I just wish they made a size smaller than the small. But the small works, it's just a little big on him.

I purchased this harness April 30, 2012. I selected a small. My dog fits quite well into the harness, but it will not stay together.The velcro just does not hold. I have added an additional velcro belt around the mid section of the harness but somehow my dog wiggled out. If I had not trained him to stay with me I might not have a dog. I am now using his old harness. I guess it's a case of you get what you paid for. Bottom line is pass on this harness.

A little tricky to figure out how to use at first, but it is the only harness that does not choke my Morkie, Maltese/Yorki mix! Takes a few more seconds to put on, but then she has a comfortable walk! Beware of sizing! My dog has an 18 1/2" chest, but the Small was too tight. Had to order the Medium, & it works great! If unsure, I would suggest ordering up a size. If your dog chokes on walks, I highly recommend this harness!

I used to have one like this for a puppy I was fostering and I loved it! when I adopted my new pet I wanted to get one of these but I could not find it in any store. I was so glad I found it here on amazon and had to order it. The first one I received was defective but once I contacted the seller, he sent me another one free of charge and it was great, just what I wanted, right size, is a mesh so is not hot on the dog and adjustable. I will definetly recommend this product!
