First off, this is a great value product and works really well. I initially purchased 3, and have ordered 4 more!I initially attempted to install with a combination of hose pipe and fittings and jubilee clips. Everything leaked and I had some very wet rabbits!For my second attempt I used JG Speedifit pipe and fittings, and it worked like a dream. The key to it was using a short flexible 1/2in tap connecting hose to connect to the bowl. No leaks and very robust.I suspect I will be buying some more to go in the runs next …

Not the best materials generate mould easy and fast but does tge work i am very happy with product

Just installed this yesterday. It's taking its supply from a rainwater butt and so far it's working well. It feels sturdy and our dog is happy to use it. I thought the level was a bit low but, watching our dog drinking, the level is right - if it was higher the disturbance caused by lapping would make it overflow and wet and waste water and the surrounding area.i like the touch of using a paw shaped hole between the float valve compartment and the drinking area - looks cute.At low pressure like this the water feeds really slowly but that's ideal because the dog only drinks quite slowly. The level is maintained adequately for normal drinking purposes. So far - I'm impressed with this product.

Customer support on this product is awesome! My bowl overfilled, there was some issue where it wouldn’t quite stop filling up with water.It was refunded and unexpectedly a replacement bowl was also offered to me.It works exactly as it should. I recommend using a hose adaptor so the bowl can be quickly & easily detached from water supply for cleaning it (I have very slobbery dogs and need to clean regularly, unscrewing the water supply was a pain... hose adaptor just pulls off so much easier)It’s a good size bowl big enough for my giant breed to use it and not too noisy when it’s filling itself.

Once installed, it works very well for our 2 chickens in an outside pen, fed by a hosepipe. (See pic).The only thing not so great; the connection into the unit leaked quite badly, so it took some messing around and some PTFE tape to ensure it stopped leaking and I could leave the hose on permanently. Rachel and Monica are happy with their constant fresh water, and my wife and I happy to not have to replace it each day. Fab!Otherwise, recommended.
