It does what it is supposed to do
Anyone who gives this a bad review is an idiot. Pure and simple. The description alone should tell you this card is purpose-built and not for every day computing. There are very few reasons to purchase this card, most of which revolve around you either having a bricked card already, or you need something cheap for console output for a server. You are not going to game on this, or edit video, or even use a decent monitor. It does output video with the Microsoft Basic Video driver in Windows 10, but it will not let you go up past (I think) 1024x768.This card is loud and requires a dedicated power connection. That being said, it allowed me to boot my computer and reflash a dead card, so that goal was accomplished for MUCH less than buying a new card.
