Very sturdy, nothing to put together except for the table which was very easy. Barstools just remove from the box. Table top is not water resistant, have to use coasters. I think I may put a coating on it now to save myself headache later. The size of the table is on the small side so I do wish it was a little bigger.

We purchased two sets of these tables/stools in May 2020. They're well built, sturdy and attractive. They appear to have a heavy, thick coat of paint on all of the metal parts. The table top and stool seats are made of an unknown solid wood that has a polyurethane or clear coat applied so there is some degree of protectorate for spills, normal wear/tear and fluctuations in temperature/humidity. We're very pleased with this purchase and would recommend the product. Sets are made in China.

These worked perfectly for an update of a tasting/breakfast area. Reasonably priced & look nice. Easy to assemble and light enough so they can be moved for a variety of setups.
