Simply add water, beat on medium speed for approximately 5 minutes and bake to produce a cake for any occasion. Available as 1kg, 5kg or 12.5kg bag The 1kg pouch makes around 24 cupcakes or a deep 8" or 9" round standard cake. Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to mark 2 / 150C. 2. Add 400ml/14 fl oz of water per 1kg of cake mix. 3. Beat on medium speed for approx. 5 minutes. 4. For a deep 8" or 9" cake, separate the mix between two tins to reduce cooking time. 5. Cover the top of the tins with tin foil and bake until a skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean. Suitable for vegetarians.
