Excellent purchase, I wish I would have bought a long time ago. They go on easy, come off easy, you could install with 1 person if you are tall enough, I used a chair and pinched and pulled a I went, otherwise 2 people - one holds it up and the other pulls and it is really easy. Just pull it to take out. I did roll it up in my awning a couple times and then realized that was a bad idea. It stretched the diameter of the roll on the awning and could cause damage by stretching your vinyl and putting unnecessary stress on the seams. So while, it sounds like a good idea it's not hard to take it off and put it back and the extra 2 minutes could save your awning. The company does not recommend rolling it up, ignore the comments saying its ok.It provides privacy and shade while still allowing you to see out. We are in full sun from noon until night and this helps keep us much cooler from blocking the sun.I suggest measuring your actual awning to see your fit and keep in mind that the larger measurement is the height (the drop to the ground) and not width, see the description. If you check online for your awning measurement it goes from arm to arm and not the actual length of the awning space, so if following that order the slightly smaller size. If you get it too big that's OK too as long as you aren't rolling it up in your awning; that will cause extra issues other than what I mentioned above. I ordered 2, I have 2 awnings and one is too big but really doesn't affect anything

So, this semester finally goes to an end and we've been planning happily for camping ever since last month... In order to avoid any possible sunshine burning, we've searched sun shades on google and Amazon. There were so many choices, so many different brands with big price variance, and we hope to buy one with high performance-price ratio. We compared several potential choices and decided to give Shadeidea a try, mainly because they offer all the accessories, a nice bag for easy packing and transportation, and metal spikes! (which definitely will be more durable, I found that the spikes of some other brands are not in metal... I don't want any potential risks during trip that any part of anything might broken...). The shipping speed of Amazon is fast. The sun shade is very well-made, we are very happy that it looks like in excellent quality. It is also easy to install and uninstall, and it provides coolness as well as some privacy under sunshine. In addition, the customer service seems good, I asked a question and they responded very quickly, that's also one of the reasons that I decided to try Shadeidea. It is also said that they also provide customized service and long-time warranty, I'm looking forward to it...

We are very disappointed with the product we purchased. We were just able to use it and we are disappointed that this is not private. We can certainly see both directions. We had expected it to be private and it is not.

This is a very high quality shade however it is not easy to install or uninstall. I would only recommend this version if you are stationary and never pack your RV up for travel. I wish we bought the one that has a zipper. When you take the shade off it ends up being a huge ordeal, a nightmare for people like us who travel a lot.

I like the metal stakes have screw-like ends so twisting them into the ground is easy. It’s hard to comment on durability as I just received it but it seems really well made. I love the carrying case, it is very useful to keep everything together. The initial installation wasn’t as smooth as I hoped, probably due to it being folded up for so long and I couldn’t wait for my wife to help me. I think it would have been easier with 2 people but I managed okay by myself. The shade is nice but not stupendous in 90degree weather with the hottest part of the day sun beating on the shade but it was much better than before, that’s for sure. It might be better tomorrow to get the full shading effect throughout the day. Now I need to get a side shade.

This product works great and does what it is supposed to do. It is well made and easy to install. I like the included carrying case. But when I think about how often I actually use it, it really wasn’t worth it for me. I’ve had it two camping seasons now and only used it in one location. It worked well, but for me, the “per use cost” was just too high. Not a product I would buy again. Should have spent the money on quality sunglasses instead.

We took the screen off and closed our awning every night due to nightly winds, and it was easy on and easy off! You can see through it, it reduced the hot rays of the sun beautifully and kept our seating/eating area cooler! We love this screen are extremely happy that we purchased it!

We've used this out at the lake where we faced east and the shade was wonderful to cut down on the morning glare off the water. Used it in conjunction with awning tie downs and everything held up to 20 mph wind gusts. Recommend!

Excellent product. Fantastic RV shade. The shade was meticulously build and finished. Very impressed. Shade and kit are first class materials which are ready to use with simple instructions.
