The frame is gorgeous, the bronze is a color that will work well in a variety of decor styles, and the crystals are a nice, heavy, glass. It’s beautiful both lit and unlit. I will say that it was pretty difficult to get the top row of crystals hung. Those I hung from the inside out with the clips. I don’t think it’s possible to hang from the outside in because of space constraint. The remaining four rows were then very easy to access and I hung those from the outside in with the clips. It took twenty minutes to hang and mount the chandelier and then around 4 hours to hang the crystals. I found after a while that it went much quicker if I set up ten of each size crystal (2 sizes) on the clips first and then hung them, rather than setting up each crystal with a clip and hanging them one by one. For the price of this chandelier, the quality and beauty are both worth it if you are willing to put in a few hours of time and effort.

This chandelier is a timeless beautiful choice. The crystals must be attached to the chandelier and it is time consuming but well worth the time in the end. The easiest way to install these crystals is to mount the chandelier frame first, and then add on the crystals after the frame has been installed. It will go quicker with two people installing one to assemble the crystals to the tabs that they are hung with, and one to do the actual attachment to the frame. And my husband would attach about 10 crystals to the hanging tabs at a time and then hand them to me too attached to the chandelier and an assembly line fashion. This chandelier is sturdy common and unlike some tacky more formal chandeliers, timeless design and appearance. I have looked at many chandeliers and found this one to be the most beautiful cost effective statement piece in our home. I would not hesitate to purchase again. The seller also includes additional crystals in the event one should drop and break.

Crystals are not as difficult to put on as I thought. The hardest part is lifting it and keeping it lifted to attach it. Make sure the clasps on crystals are completely closed so they don’t fall off during installation. It’s perfect in size. I do wish it came in brass but the antique bronze is elegant and timeless. I’m happy with it!

This fixture was time consuming to assemble due to the numerous beads, but it was worth it. The beads are glass and good quality. Overall, very nice and very pretty. Hang fixture before you add beads due to the weight.

It’s beautiful and more than worth the money. But plan 4-5 hours even with one person to load the crystal and another to hang it. The crystals are each hung with a staple shaped wire that threads through the crystal and through a hole in the rim of each tier and then ends are bent individually over each other in the back. Tedious. Start in the bottom tier but because each tier is larger than the one below, it seems to take forever. Buy the big surprise comes on the top tier where you will need to be on a ladder working from above it to thread the wire through the inner rim behind the decorative rim. There’s a little plastic bar labeled EE - don’t lose it. this is so you can push the top wire down to secure the crystal because there isn’t room for your fingers. Very awkward.So great end product but hanging methodology gets a D- It took us 4+ hours in all.

Love this chandelier! It’s very pretty in person. It takes some time to attach all the glass crystals but it wasn’t that bad with two people working together. One person attaches the hook and the other person attaches item to the fixture. They give you extra Chrystal’s so if you run into a couple with the glass hole messed up don’t worry there are plenty of extras.Love the new look!

Like the other reviews stated, it took about 4 hours to hang all of the Crystals. I decided to attach all of them before hanging the light. It helped making this a two person job with me holding the light while some else did the wiring. We cut the chain and the wires to the desired length before we got on the ladder so the installation process of holding it up to install was as quick as possible. I only had one crystal fall of while we were hanging it and there were plenty of extra pieces to replace the broken piece after installation. This light is a great value for the price I would definitely take the time to buy another one and spend the 4 hours it took to assemble this light.

I wasted hours assembling crystals, and the moment i brought to my ceiling, the base plate dont fit into. what a waste. the plate should have been half larger so it cant be screwed properly. i will need un-assemble and return to amazon.

It came relatively fast. Very easy to unpack. Nothing was broken. Easy to hook up if you already had another hanging light there. The crystals were relatively easy to put on, but very time consuming taking a couple hours. However, the end results are beautiful and totally worth it! We love it! It’s perfect for our open area, and it fits right into our decor, adding a little bling.

Wonderful light. Need care and patience to install

The light fixture arrived well packaged and undamaged. It is easy to install and comes with extra screws, bolts and crystal pieces. It adds the perfect finishing touch to my lounge.

A beautiful fixture for my ‘Parisian’ bedroom. You will not be disappointed! A few hints for easier installation. Have patience: first attach the hooks to all the crystals (one bend of hook only) as it will make it easier when you are attaching to rings. If your fixture is going up high, put the top row of crystals on before attaching to ceiling. All lower rows can be attached after installation (too heavy to hold up with all crystals on). Manufacturer included 3 different length screws for canopy attachment ( addressing previous concerns by customers). Extra crystals and hooks were included. I am extremely happy with this fixture. It is excellent value for money. UPDATE: I was going to add a wall dimmer switched, but saved money by just installing 1 bulb in the fixture. See last added picture of effect on my bedroom wall. Beautiful!

I bought this pretty chandelier as a knock off of a certain high end store version. I didn't want to pay that much! With that in mind, it is a great deal. It works fine, but the details are not quite right. For instance, the 'antique bronze' finish, is just a paint effect of two paint colours randomly applied, almost like zebra stripes. If you zoom in on my photo, you can see it. Also, the crystals don't quite align for the alternating effect i wanted. However, whenever I get annoyed with it I just think about the thousand dollars less that it cost, and I feel better. I am considering painting it to eliminate the annoying zebra stripe feature. The instructions, as is usual with any chandelier I've bought, are not very instructive.
