Weld-On #4SC is a water thin, fast set solvent cement for acrylics. It will also bond styrene, butyrate, and polycarbonate to themselves. The initial bond forms very quickly but it will be approximately 24-72 hours before 65-80% of the ultimate bond strength is reached. The bond strength will continue to increase for several weeks.
