Can you use a different power cable other than the one provided? I'm looking to use a longer right-angle cable. Are there any specs I should look for?

Yes, I replaced the one provided with a longer cable. It's a standard power cable.

Will this work with the pedaltrain power supply attachment pieces? If not, whats the best way to secure it to your pedal board?

It comes with its own brackets, and screws. No need to use an old mount, or buy a new one.

Why does the product name say truetone stage and studio equipment case? i want to order a 1spot power supply but don’t want an equipment case instead.

Hello. this product is an Isolated Pedal Power Supply.

I need to power an XPS (variax) which uses the PX-2 (9v AC, 2000 mA) and a voicelive 3 extreme (12v DC, 1000 mA) - would it work?

Most probably the CS12 won’t work because you need 1000 mA and 2000 mA, and none of its 12 outputs has this rating.
