The dogs just love it

I loved the sturdiness and easy assembly of this product. The stairs are also very pretty. The only challenge is removing dog hair from the material used on the steps. The material is similar to felt and pills when a brush or vacuum is used to clean the stairs.

Both me and my neighbor bought this product for our 10 to 12 pound poodles. Our 3 dogs run up and down normal depth stairs for humans all the time but refuse to climb these small depth steps. Even with the best treats to train them step by step. We recommend not getting this product unless your pup ia very tiny like 5 lbs full grown. Instead get or build a stair with two or 3 steps max to get to the top of the bed.

cheap! every time delivered and we tried 2x damaged and it was not the Amazon box damaged it was the product

The problem I have with this is that the structure that holds up the steps tends to become unhooked so the steps collapse. It wasn't well thought out.
