PROS:Prompt delivery of device from the seller - "Why Pay More and Fast Shipping "Seller was very pro Customer Service - 5 STARS KUDOS !!!CONS:The ArcSoft software had a "worm"Faulty micro USB connector.which made the unit go "off" and "On" while charging or file transferThe 5 playlists has to be created song-by-song to each playlist..Great if you only have 5 songs per playlistVideos had to be converted and were still poor quality for even an HD video .Radio reception poor, unless you like walking around with your device in the air "Stature of Liberty" poseDevice would shutoff while listening or viewing files

Do Not Waste Your Money
This item is Not!!!!!! Any Good. I repeat do not waste you money.This product & the company that sold it, is useless!I would not have given any stars except I would not be able to warn you about the Item.Yes, I did try getting in touch with the company No Luck!.It will not charge correctly (days on charge) or hold a charge.The Ematic company has ignored my many e-mails or telephone calls concerning this unit.

Nice for kids
Ematic EM638VIDBU Touch Screen MP3 Video Player with 5MP Camera with LED Flash and Video Recording This is nice for kids. It is sometimes sketchy on the touch element / unresponsive sometimes. A decent value for the money though.

Frozen Solid during the how to use video
Frozen solid. Stuck during the embedded video on how to use and enjoy this MP3 player.Did get to briefly listen to the FM radio prior to freeze up and sound was actually pretty good. Never got to load songs into it as it froze and there was no way to shut it down or reboot it.Can not confidently recommend this item.

Never worked...charged it an it would not play..nothing happened...very disappointed... But they gave me 100% refund...an I did return it...

I like the e-matic series
I like the e-matic series..The best features are on the EM334S..which has a lot of camera effects..nice media player which has the capability of e-books. mp3 player and recording radio..

5 stars all the way. Ease of use, all the things this little thing can do is incredible. It arrived on time and is a nice looking little gadget. I am impressed :-)
