Copper Chef 2.5 Quart Sauce Pan

I'll take stainless steel over aluminum any day. Better cooking, more even heat, if I need to brown something, I can.I really like my 12" fry pan, but, it seems it's no longer available, only 10". The coating is delicate, I don't use metal utencils or put them in the dish washer, but they clean very easily. The glass lids are awesome! lilsista

Love Copper Chef products. I also have thier skillet and they are so easy to clean. Everything just wipes right out. No scurbbing needed and I wash by hand. Have had for more than a year and they are still like new.

Have used this pan for pastas, boiling chicken; and soups. Easy to use and since I only use wooden or plastic utensils, have not seen any scratching. It did come with a couple of small chips on the rim, but those haven't enlarged since ive had it and used it.

This is really a nice looking pan and I was so hoping it would meet my requirements. However, one of those was a stay-cool handle and lid top. Unfortunately, both get very hot and I don't like to have to grab a hot pad every time I want to lift the lid to stir or take the pan off the burner. Also, I noticed that, following being cleaned in the dishwasher, a white residue formed on the sides and bottom. Too bad as it is such a nice looking and nicely-weighted pan.

Nothing to dislike. It's perfect in size and cant wait to use it. Yep! Breakfast will be fun in the morning, we are having oatmeal with raisins and cinnamon...It's fun buying from Amazon!

I was really surprised at the size of the pan when it arrived. Considerably smaller than anticipated so I tried it out.At the most it holds 1 1/2 quarts of water

Received it a little late but I’m very happy with this item. These Copper Chef pans are not only very good looking they are very easy to use and clean. I have been looking for sauce pans in this brand for a long time. This completed my collectionThank youLinda Yamamoto

One of the best out there for the money. Easy to clean, doesn't stick & easy to handle. My go to pan. Use it every day & as I said, you can't beat the clean up. What a time saver. I don't put any of my pans in the dishwasher & the easy I love.
