I purchased this to replace the control board on my Viking microwave, made by Sharp. During troubleshooting, I determined that there were two other problems and that the control unit may be ok. So, I requested a return authorization that I immediately received. However, I decided to keep and use it since I was replacing practically everything else inside the unit. It works perfectly. My only complaint is that the display is brighter than the original whose brightness I prefer. This is not a problem worth a reduction in status. Thanks to Rocky Mountain Appliance Parts for fast shipping, good packaging and a generous return policy.
