Looks Great But Poorly Designed
I used one of this series of covers for my S9+. So when I upgraded to my S20 Ultra I immediately ordered this case. Much to my disappointment, the side opening is much too small to allow clear access to the volume and power buttons. See the photo. This was not true with my former S9 case. So I guess it's time to get out the Dremel tool and grind this opening larger. SAD.

Broke the screen saver twice in 2 days, the phone did not recognize the cover
Don't think this case is a good fit on this phone, did not even carry the phone when case broke the 2nd screen protector. S view did not work when the case was closed.Changed to the factory Samsung case no more broken screen protector and info comes up when case is closed. don't waste your money get the factory flip case .

Excellent but is very soft, don't stay stack well and the bottom space is very narrow..

Fit really loose on my phone. You could feel the phone move around in the case 😑

Both broke
When I opened both packages, they were both not put together well at all. I had a replacement come in and it was just the same as the first one I ordered. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

Great case
Good sturdy case, good grip which is always a good thing, especially in this case since the ultra feels massive in the hand. No included screen protector but I prefer it like that since in most cases they tend to make the touch feel weird.
