This is exactly what I needed to get my APC RM22002U UPS back up to spec.It fit perfectly and worked immediately. No complaints from the UPS and runtime has been excellent.This is the second time getting batteries from them and I will continue to get my UPS batteries from here.

This worked Great for me. I did not want to mess with the batteries, and I did not take the existing cartridge out of the APC unit prior to replacement. However, this cartridge easily opens up and contains 8 batteries. if you have a way to test them, you can probably replace them individually rather than with a cartridge. I have a lot of APC 3000xxx UPS'. I have replaced batteries in many of them with these that I have purchased from Amazon. They work as they should and getting them is fast and easy.

This is a fine replacement for the original unit that has expired after five years of service. Replacement was quite easy with no need to turn the system off. It would be much better if APC offerred replacement batteries instead of a full cartridge. Besides the extra cost, the disosal of a cartridge was tricky since the recycling center accepts only bare batteries, thus I had to disassemble the unit. There are batteries offerred by other vendors but I would prefer original APC since this would imply matching the batteries and quality control.

For genuine APC by Schneider Electric Products from the manufacturer, buy only if the product says "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com"You should get a new APC boxed product. Mine came as such. It does have 8 CSB HR1227WF2 brand batteries installed. Save yourself some bucks and order 8 of those for $180 right here on Amazon. Charged up just fine in my SU2200RM after I pushed the test button to reset the "Replace Battery flashing LED and then tried to force a recalibration from the software.Unfortunately, the charge shown wasn't actual and the UPS promptly rebooted itself. You may have better results not hot-swapping the battery module, but rather shutting down and pulling the input to replace it. My issues were mostly self induced as I didn't have the "Business Edition" software for this model running and let the battery go completely flat for too long. If you're in the same boat, then your UPS will also then still likely need a manual recalibration. Just google APC UPS calibration and look for the procedure for your model.Now that I've seen for myself the use of CSB batteries in the APC products, I'm going to be ordering more to resurrect a few more UPS gathering dust here.

This is exactly what it is. I've bought 4 of these already, and they have been holding up very well. Not sure exactly what else to say about these besides the fact they are legit, and are at the cheapest price i've been able to find on the internet. Even through our resaler, this is still cheaper. the shipping takes a little longer than normal, but that's expected. These are big, heavy batteries. However, the shipping is very well packaged, and arrives in great condition. You can also use the same packaging to recycle the old battery. I will definitely be buying these again. Thank you!

The description makes it sound like this is an actual APC RB-43. It is not. It is a third party aftermarket replacement. There are other third party batteries that are a lot cheaper than this one. This one is APC priced, but not APC product. Buyer Beware!

I usually order the UPS replacement batteries through our corporate vendors. Needed one ASAP that our vendor wanted over $150 to overnight one. Order this one through my personal account for about the same price with free overnight shipping. It's now 3 years later still running strong. Win win all around!
