be very careful when using the steam
this is the second Phoenix iron my wife has had she is so pleased with the new digital iron and says it is the best iron ever. However seven months on the water tank cover broke as it is very fragile I contacted JML as it was within the one year warranty they sent me a prepaid postage label to send it to them and within three working days I received a new one. I am very impressed with JML.

Great iron
Absolutely love this iron put the steam button on and it glides through creases with ease, needs to be constantly filled with water but other than that it's brilliant ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very powerful steam iron so be careful
This was a replacement for the original Phoenix iron that i had. Love this new digitized version. Powerful steam iron without the bulky steam generator attachment. Perfect results in literally seconds.

Disappointing
Simply couldn’t get on with this iron. Found it heavy and the steam function was completely uncontrollable. You cannot change the steam ferocity and it blasts out, filling the room with steam and emptying the tank in a few minutes. Also impossible to see how much water is in the tank as the tank is black. Very disappointing as this was highly recommended. Seller were very accommodating in allowing me to return it without the original packaging and have issued a full refund under the 30 day money back guarantee so excellent service in that regard.

Switches off when ironing.
Don't understand why it would switch off when actively ironing. I owned the older model but it died on me so I thought the new model would be my best option. It is lighter however the weight did not bother me, it was mainly the limescale build up and it did not have self clean function. This one does however I haven't been able to use it much because it keeps switching off.Had to go back.
