Breville BJB840XL Juice and Blend Dual-Purpose Juicer and Blender

I started looking last summer for a juicer. Connected with the Liferegenerator (AKA-Dan Mcdonald) who sported one of these himself. I researched much and come to find out that the breville is an excellent machine. Very powerful and the performance it gives is amazing. The investiment is well worth the results it produces. The pulp is very flakey and dry, hardly any wasted juice, in pulp. The amount of juice that I have gotten from one apple or orange itself is impressive-it takes every ounce out of it, it seems.The blender is outstanding itself. That is just a huge plus. You will be very pleased with this machine, the cleanup is just rinsing it out! It comes with a scrub brush as well. Heavy duty in power, size and getting the job done.It's a big boy! I purchased from Amazon cause it was $41.00 cheaper with free shipping, VS. [...]. but you can go to their webpage and see the vids on its preformance.

It seemed great the first few times I used it. Absolutely loved the blender attachment. I have no idea why it just stopped working approximately one month after I began using it. I kept this appliance in the box for months before opening it up but when I did I was so excited because it seemed to be powerful. I was careful with the delicate cleaning process and used it according to the instructions so it should have lasted for years for the expense. Can not figure what went wrong!!! Absolutely heartbroken.

Good:* The BJB840XL is powerful & turns hard veggies & fruits into juice very fast, but ...Bad: * fails to extract juice completely leaving much of it in the pulp, especially with green leafy veggies such as kale etc. To compensate,we use a Norwalk Juicer / press to extract what's left over in pulp container.* This unit failed after 18 months. The "feed chute" has a welded "guide" or rudder on inside near bottom of chute. This fell into the spinning filter basket and ruined it. Despite being an obvious flaw in construction it isn't covered by stated warranty. I bought several of these for family and hope they do not have same faulty construction.

Hello! I ordered this back in 2017. I love it. However, one day I noticed that the blender was leaking! The gasket, seal between the glass and the metal part started to deteriorate and I was able to pull it completely out. I say "out" because you can not unscrew the glass jar from the metal piece. Apparently that rubber seal is not suppose to be replaced. I will end up ordering a replacement part. The entire blender jar.

THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH BREVILLE PRODUCTS AND WITH JUICER SPECIALLY. FIRST OF ALL WANT TO SAY THAT UNIT HAS A MOTOR POWER IN 750 WATTS(!!!) ONLY, AND 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. BUILD QUALITY IS VERY WELL, AND PERFORMANCE OF THIS JUICER IS VERY GOOD. CLEANING IS VERY EASY AND TAKE ABOUT 2-3 MINUTES. I BELIEVE THAT THE MOTOR WILL LAST FOR A LONG TIME BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY FEEL BETTER IF I COULD KNOW THAT I HAVE AT LEAST 1000 OR BETTER 1200 WATTS POWER, SPECIALLY BECAUSE IT WAS DESIGNED FOR TWO UNITS TO USE. SO WE WILL SEE, BUT I CANNOT GIVE IT 5 STARS BECAUSE OF IT. TY.

where to start ... i will go backwardsconclusionsall pro for this machine ... worth the money you pay for .... i put a pineapple carrots apple pear and juices are really good extracts 99% of the fruit i didnot try with the green stuff yet but it works for me since i love fruits more than green stuff like spinach celery bla bla blawell there is a little con-the jar of the blender is heavy and more heavy when you put liquids on it but is acceptable for me since is really good quality glass (good quality glass will always have some weight)- is loud at max speed (for the people who dont want to disturb the kids early morning) i dont care about this since my kids wake me up early in the morning o.O- for the clean up some peope say is really hard but i fnd it really easy job the trick is after you finish using your juicer pour some water while the machine is on it will come out 60% clean then uninstall a litle water and the brush that it came with and ready to go again no need for soap)-on green stuff it comes a little most it doesnot extract all of the material (but come on s not a con since green stuff normally in every country are the most cheap stuff to eat so buy a lot and then make a lot of juice =P)now my pro- fruits blend really well no need to push down on the fruits to be extracted-juices are really taste-is really easy to assemble and ready to use-the look on it on your kitchen is really nice-the speeds let you control wich kind of fruits u are going to use-there is some button at the bottom that will activate alone if it gets overheated or there is an outrage voltage (cuz its rainng and some thunderstorm or some magnetic fields stuff like that ) it will shut down to prevent damage to the machine to run again the machin just press it againoverall is a great machine for me i had my doubts but when i got it is really the bes of the best
