If you don't like a hard mattress and find yourself on one, on holiday for instance, (lots of hotels seem to like rock hard beds) this can prevent you having a restless and uncomfortable night. We bought it for this purpose and my wife found it superb. It's just the right thickness and therefore a bit bulky, but it folds and squashes down well in a suitcase to allow plenty of other things to be packed.

Seems to be an excellent product. A bit tricky to put on but once we got the hang of it we were o.k. Like the double zip which is supposed to keep any nasties out. Just had a new mattress so thought it would be good to cover before use. Feels good doesn't make a noise and is washable. Seems expensive, but worth it for a quality productg
