Lunn HardwareSatin Chrome Oval Thumb Turn for Security Bolt

Quality not great for daily use. Expensive for what they are.
Bought to replace brass ones. These don't feel that good quality. One already worn/loose after 3 weeks. (used maybe twice a day)

A good fit
Good fit of my Rack locks - Both Yale and ESB made - They will not fit Banham

Knob sheers off spline shaft as soon as you touch it,
castis too weak just snapped , had tested loose and was fine, swapped the rubbnish screws for decent ones and it fell off. Snap at spline

Not the quality expected from the picture
Not the polished brushed effect I was hoping for from the pictureQuality if not as expected but it does what it says

Ratchet dodgy!
Unlike the good quality Yale thumbturns of yesteryear, of which I’ve fitted over thirty in my houses, this is poor substitute. It works of a fashion. But the spline and rack bolt are hardly an engineering dream. If you turn it, the bolt can be thrown, but the thumb turn continues to rotate, even after the bolt has reached its maximum extension. Suggesting to me that the two parts are not mating tightly together; and the spline is slipping on the rack.

Poor
Rather rough around the edges, these don't look or feel like quality items. The shank on them is only /just/ long enough to engage with the locks I've put them on - it could do with having a flat end instead of a spike, or being longer. One of the four I've fitted spins as a result. I'm going to try swapping them around, but I don't hold out much hope. The supplied screws are also terrible quality - you can barely get a bit to engage with them. Look elsewhere.

Brilliant idea!
As a temporary solution in our bathroom we installed a star key lock. The lock worked perfectly but was a bit cheap looking. We order this new key and it looks like a proper bathroom lock now, and it's a lot smoother than the old one and doesn't squeak.
